We want you to be happy with your order. This policy covers refunds and returns for all products and services sold by Digital Dasher, including physical NFC Google Review Cards and digital marketing services.

If your card arrives damaged, defective, or programmed to the wrong review URL, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue.
If you simply change your mind after receiving your card, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is unused and in its original condition. In this case, return postage is at your own cost and we will refund the product price once the item is received.
We do not accept returns on cards that have already been programmed and used.
The free 1-card offer is limited to one per business. Free cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If your free card arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no charge.
Digital services (including Google Maps setup, local SEO work, and any other done-for-you services) are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.
If work has not yet started and you wish to cancel, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. If the item is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or customs (for international orders).
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. UK customers have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving goods.
